I’ve only had this for a few days but it has been wonderful! It has already eased my back and hip pain from my previous chair! Easy to put together and did this by myself in about 30 min or so!

Update: adding back a star. After a few weeks using the chair, it's either more comfortable/broken in, or I'm just used to it. This chair is very pretty, and was easy enough to assemble. However, my hips and tush have ached nonstop since I started using it. For reference, I am 5'6". There is no ability to adjust the features on this chair other than its height. The lumbar pillow is prominent and cannot be adjusted. The reviewer who suggested the arm height and head rest were adjustable must have been referring to a different chair. In terms of the seat cushion, I would say the comfort level is similar to an an uncomfortable airplane seat. Maybe somebody a bit taller would find this chair fit them just right. If I knew how to disassemble and repackage it, I would exchange it for something else. I will update this review if my experience changes.

We looked everywhere for a good office chair that would provide a good level of support didn't squeak like our lazy boy chair did and looked good. This chairs checks all those boxes and more. We were scared to order from online not knowing how it feels but we sure are glad we took a chance on this one.

This chair is soft and supportive. It's such an improvement from my old chair that it makes my work day more positive, as corny as that sounds. It was easy to put together too, and the customer service follow-up was outstanding. If you need a new office chair, I recommend this one!

This is a very nice chair, my only complain is that when I am sitting in it in order to use the lumbar support I have to sit back, and feel like I am reclining a bit. I am shorter, so this could be due to that. I prefer to sit straight upward, but other than that this chair is very comfortable, and very sleek looking!

I'll start with the one honest "complaint" I do have... the seat is so cushioned that my thighs start to hurt after about 4 hours from pressing down into the front edge.This has started to lessen after the first few days, though. For an honest review of the rest - this is an awesome chair. The lumbar support is perfect for the shape of my back, the arm rests are high enough without getting in the way, and the fact that they fold up and I can sit crosslegged is just one more use I couldn't get out of about any other business or gaming chair. The cushion on every part is amazing, and will likely last years with how much support it gives me. I also love that the height of the chair back doesn't make me feel claustrophobic. I couldn't be happier, especially for the price. 100% recommend, especially on hard floors (I'm using it on carpet and it's STILL better rolling than most any other chair).

The chair is well padded with nice lumbar support, and is very sturdy. The folding arms are a nice feature and easy to use. I would give the chair 5 stars but assembly was a little more difficult than I thought it would be.

I spend a lot of time writing music and wanted a chair that was not only comfortable but tall enough to reach my keyboards and laptop. This chair is perfect. No more back pain having to bend at awkward angles while mixing for hours. It’s absolutely perfect.
